If the flywheel screen is the furthest point forward on the vehicle, a bumper must be incorporated to prevent contact between the rotating screen and stationary objects encountered during vehicle movement (i.e. posts or other objects during vehicle maneuvering in tight areas). (Sec 10.3.1)
