This table shows this tractor’s tech status for each rule in this subcategory. Click a rule number to see the rule-specific detail page.

Rule # Description Status
(Sec 7.15) If an electrical system operates at a voltage greater than what the engine charging system provides, some additional pre-competition requirements are to be met. The team must provide the following to the rules chair by the last Friday in March: (Sec 7.15) Pass
(Sec 7.15.1) Electrical system schematic (Sec 7.15.1) Pass
(Sec 7.15.1.1) Schematic only needs to include the isolated higher voltage circuit (Sec 7.15.1.1) Pass
(Sec 7.15.1.2) The schematic must include all system components (controllers, generators, motors, displays, contactors, circuit protection. etc) (Sec 7.15.1.2) Pass
(Sec 7.15.2) Component list with factory specified voltage ratings (Sec 7.15.2) Pass
(Sec 7.15.3) If not received by the above stated date, the team will not be eligible for "First Time Through" award for tech inspections. (Sec 7.15.3) Pass
(Sec 7.15.3.1) Teams will not be able to complete tech inspections without delivering a completed schematic. (Sec 7.15.3.1) Pass
(Sec 7.15.4) Any changes after the due date must be submitted to the person named above, immediately. (Sec 7.15.4) Pass
(Sec 7.18.5) All circuits carrying potential above battery voltage must be sheathed with high visibility orange covering. (Sec 7.18.5) Pass
(Sec 7.18.5.1) Cable must be marked with gauge, temperature rating, and insulation rating (voltage) (Sec 7.18.5.1) Pass
(Sec 7.18.6) Cables must not be damaged. Any cuts, burn marks, or rubs that have damaged the conductor or insulation require that the cable be replaced (Sec 7.18.6) Pass
(Sec 7.22) A lamp must be incorporated which is illuminated whenever circuits carrying potential above battery voltage are energized. (Sec 7.22) Pass
(Sec 7.22.1) This lamp must be part of the circuit itself. (Sec 7.22.1) Pass
(Sec 7.22.2) Lamp should be labeled in a way that makes its function clear, and should be located such that it can be seen from the operator station (Sec 7.22.2) Pass
(Sec 7.23) Vehicle must contain a method/procedure to reach a zero-energy state. (Sec 7.23) Pass
