(Sec 16.1) All vehicles are required to pass a controllability test, which demonstrates the machine’s ability to safely start, stop, and change direction in tight spaces. Vehicles must be fully ballasted for the duration of this test. The test is considered a pass if the procedure below is followed within the controllability area. (Sec 16.1) Not Started
